I attend this university, which is also my favourite destination. It’s a good day to study. Just fortunate to be a part of Penza University. Excellent teaching staff. International faculty. Well-caring to the students. The atmosphere is very student-friendly; all departments are well-established; teachers are great in both English and Russian; and the temperature is, in comparison to other cities, fairly ideal for Asians because it is similar to Asian weather.
